Guidance Counseling and Admissions Office

The School’s Guidance Counseling and Admissions Office operate as the service arm of the school. The service is extended primarily to the entire student clientele from ECE, Grade School and High School. It also includes the adult community, composed of the faculty, administrators and service personnel. It may also be extended to parents and the school alumni. In its service, the office aims to assist clients whether individually or in groups to grow towards an enhanced self-actualization.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for ECE

Toddlers – 1.8 yrs. to 2.8 yrs. (Commonwealth Campus)
Nursery – 3 yrs. to 4.4 yrs. Old
Kinder 1 – 4.5 yrs. to 5.4 yrs. Old
Kinder 2 – 5.5 yrs. to 6 yrs. Old
Original (for verification) and photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
Four (4) 1” x 1” identical recent colored ID pictures

A non refundable testing fee of Php 600.00
Foreign Applicants A non refundable testing fee of Php700.00
Alien Certification of Registration or Special Study Permit

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for Grade School & High School

1. Original (for verification) and photocopy of NSO-Certified Birth Certificate.
2. Four (4) pieces of 1″ x 1″ identical recently-taken colored ID photos
3. Photocopy of report card (F-138 with the latest grades, certified by the Principal or Registrar.
4. The general average must be at least 83% with no failing marks.
5. Letter of Recommendation signed by the Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor from the previous school.
6. Certification of  Good Moral Character from the Principal or Guidance Counselor.
7. A non-refundable application fee of P600 for local applicants and P700 for international applicants.*
8. Applicant must pass the entrance examination and interview.

Note: Current Diliman Prep students need not submit items 4 & 5
* Diliman Prep is a Bureau of Immigration-accredited school
*First Year High School Applicants
