Application Forms for Enrollment in SY 2012-2013 are now available from the Admission Office of Diliman Preparatory School, Commonwealth Avenue. The Enrollment Application Form is also available on this website.
Accepted applicants have to inform the Diliman Prep ECE/Pre-School Department of their intent to pursue their application for enrollment for ECE/Preschool by submitting the Intent to Enroll Form on or before 05 March- 30 April 2012, so that slots can be reserved for them. Non-submission of the form will be interpreted as a withdrawal of the application. The Intent to Enroll Form shall be accompanied by a non-refundable reservation fee of P5,000.00, which is deducted from the tuition fee upon enrolment.
Examination Results will NOT be released over the telephone. For further inquiries, please call the Admissions Office at 931-1092, or 931-0731 local 848.
Scholarship Grants are available for
- Top students with a General Academic Average of 92 % or higher with at least a Conduct Average of 90 %, and Average of 90 % in the admissions battery of tests.
- Outstanding athletes with excellent academic performance, and who pass the try-out examinations to be conducted by the Athletic Department.

Four (4) 1″x1″ identical recent colored ID pictures
Photocopy of report card (F-138) showing the latest grades certified by the Principal or Registrar (if enrolled previously in another school)
