HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION

Application Forms for Enrollment in SY 2012-2013 are now available from the Admission Office of Diliman Preparatory School, Commonwealth Avenue. The Enrollment Application Form is also available on this website.

Accepted applicants have to inform the Diliman Prep High School Department of their intent to pursue their application for enrolment for First Year by submitting the Intent to Enroll Form on or before 05 February – 30 April 2012, so that slots can be reserved for them. Non-submission of the form will be interpreted as a withdrawal of the application. The Intent to Enroll Form shall be accompanied by a non-refundable reservation fee of P5,000.00, which is deducted from the tuition fee upon enrollment.

Second Year / Third Year Applicants

Admission to Second Year is dependent on the availability of slots in Second and Third Year for the next school year. Information on admission requirements are available on the Diliman Prep website http://dilimanprep.edu.ph

Examination Results will NOT be released over the telephone. For further inquiries, please call the Admissions Office at 931-1092,  or 931-0731 local 848.

 

Scholarship Grants are available for

  1. Top students with a General Academic Average of 92 % or higher with at least a Conduct Average of 90 %, and Average of 90 % in the admissions battery of tests.
  2. Outstanding athletes with excellent academic performance, and who pass the try-out examinations to be conducted by the Athletic Department.


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for High School students

  1. Original (for verification) and photocopy of NSO-Certified Birth Certificate.
  2. Four (4) pieces of 1 x 1 identical recently-taken colored ID photos
  3. Photocopy of report card (F-138 with the latest grades, certified by the Principal or Registrar.
  4. The general average must be at least 83% with no failing marks.
  5. Letter of Recommendation signed by the Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor from the previous school.
  6. Certification of  Good Moral Character from the Principal or Guidance Counselor.
  7. A non-refundable application fee of P600 for local applicants and P700 for international applicants.*
  8. Applicant must pass the entrance examination and interview.**

Note: Current Diliman Prep students need not submit items 4 & 5
* Diliman Prep is a Bureau of Immigration-accredited school
